HOW DOES IT WORK

    Use your gift card online and in select stores. Enter the gift card code at checkout and proceed to shipping to complete your order.

    At any time you can check your remaining balance by clicking the link in your email order confirmation.

Our Gift Cards are valid for up to three years from the date of purchase. If there is any balance left on the expiry date, it will be cancelled and can't be used on future purchases.

You can use your Gift Card in the any South Africa Timberland stores, either on our official online store or in any of our owned stores. To see which stores it can be redeemed in, check our Store Locator. Please remember that you can only use the Gift Card in the country it was purchased.

Gift cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for cash.

You can use another payment method at checkout if the balance of your Gift Card isn't quite enough.

After you've made your purchase, any remaining balance will be saved for next time as long as you use it before the expiry date.

As a Gift Card is a payment method it is treated like cash, we can't replace it if it's lost, stolen, damaged or used by someone else. You can contact us and provide the order number of the original gift card purchase in order for us to try find your gift code.
