I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of this Timberland shoe. This pair was recently purchased, and shockingly, after wearing it only once, the glue has already started to come apart. For a brand that is known for durability and premium craftsmanship, this is completely unacceptable.
I trusted Timberland because of its reputation, yet this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. Considering the shoe has barely been used and is already falling apart, something definitely needs to be done. I strongly believe Timberland needs to compensate me or replace this defective pair, as this level of quality is not what I paid for, and certainly not what the Timberland name stands for.
