Refund policy

Where possible, we’ll refund you to your original method of payment. You can choose to be refunded with a Timberland credit note. This is the fastest refund method as it does not rely on banking systems to be processed.

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within 30 days from the date of purchase. A customer has a general right to return goods (a ‘cooling-off period’) within 30 calendar days after purchase online or in-store purchase

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours but may take up to 10 to 15 working days depending on the banks involved.
