I recently ordered a Timberland boot online and paid R250 for delivery. What happened with this delivery is completely unacceptable. On the day my order was out for delivery, the driver only contacted me after 13:00, telling me that I had to meet him at McDonald’s at a mall before 14:00 to collect my order. I was at work, I had people waiting at home specifically for my delivery, and I had every reason to expect my order to be delivered to the address I provided. That is what I paid R250 for! Instead, I had to arrange and pay people to go to the mall to collect my shoes, and I also had to pay someone to look after my children while this was being sorted out. I have now incurred additional costs and unnecessary stress because your delivery service failed to deliver my paid-for order as expected. On top of this, the driver's attitude was absolutely terrible. There was no sense of customer service, understanding or professionalism. Why am I paying R250 for DELIVERY if I am expected to arrange and pay for my own collection? I am extremely angry and disappointed. I paid for the product, paid R250 for delivery, made arrangements for someone to receive it, and was then put in a position where I had to spend even more money because of the driver's unwillingness to deliver. I was actually considering ordering another Timberland boot, but after this experience, I will NEVER order from you again. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and I expect appropriate compensation/refund for the delivery fee and the additional costs I incurred as a direct result of this unacceptable service. This is not customer service. This is an inconvenience that I paid for — twice. I am a paying customer and deserve much better than this. I am livid and I expect someone from management to contact me and resolve this matter.
Perfect fit I wear a size 2 but the 1.5 fits perfectly...I'm so happy about the fast delivery aswell no long waiting period it comes before your estimated delivery date and what's even more cooler is that your package is safe and secure your courier guy wants to see your pin (OTP) only you know compare to other online apps like my experience with Nike the courier just called to say they are by the delivery address and handed me the package without asking any details. My experience with the Temu couriers they drop off your package and anyone can sign for it...I mean in both Temu and Nike what if it wasn't you who collected your package but it was delivered a bit unsafe cause anyone can get the hands on it...my opinion just check if you are giving the package to the rightful owner ..Timberland atleast send you a PIN when it's out for delivery and you provide that to the courier so that he knows you are the rightful owner.......I'm very happy
I am super happy about the boots, their strong and gorgeous. And I am happy with how quickly it was delivered.
Great service guys!!!
