Not happy with your courier

I am not happy at all because I have not received my order yet. Each time I track my order it says that my order was left at the Harbour and will be delivered with the next delivery. This has been the situation for the whole week and when I called them they said that I might get my order on Monday. Honestly speaking I would prefer it if you could give my next orders to courier Guy because with courier guy I always got my orders in time. I was celebrating my birthday with colleagues yesterday and I personally said the theme was black and I bought that t-shirt so that I can wear it for my birthday celebration, but unfortunately I couldn't because my order has not arrived. With courier Guy I always received my orders a day or two days later, I would even recommend Timberland online shop to my siblings when they needed something to wear urgently and you never disappointed because with courier guy two days was enough. I am really disappointed with these people that you are giving my orders to lately. So so disappointed and hurt that I couldn't wear my t-shirt yesterday.
