Gifts will be added to online orders after your order has been placed and confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your gifted items have been added to your order.

Exchanges and returns of items purchased with this promotion: 

• Products received as a gift with purchase during promotions will not be eligible for exchanges or returns
• Products purchased at full price are eligible for exchanges provided that they meet the criteria of our standard exchange policy. When exchanged for an item of equal or higher value than the original price, gifts received with purchase does not get affected. 
• Returns and refunds of full priced products that included a gift with purchase will only be accepted if the returned item meets the criteria of our standard return/refund policy and gifts received with purchase have to be returned in the same condition as received.
